Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
As a Body & Bath Plus customer, your
satisfaction with our bath and body products is our primary goal. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, within 15 days of receipt please contact us for
instructions regarding returning or exchanging your items.
We will refund the full
price of any unopened product(s) (less shipping charges) upon receiving the
item(s). We will also charge a 15% restocking fee based on the total cost of the
order placed.

All returned items must be
received in a resalable condition.

Opened items can be
returned for a store credit only.

Damaged items will be
replaced with an identical product.

Items received as a gift
(paid for by someone other than yourself) can be exchanged or
returned for a store credit.
NOTE: Because of
the nature of our products and to ensure quality to all of our customers we can only
issue a refund for products that have been unopened and unused, that have been shipped to you out of error, or
products that can be proven to be damaged or spoiled. All other returned items
will receive a store credit or replacement item. If any of our bath and body products can be proven
to have a defect, you must contact us within seven days of receipt of the
problem item to arrange for a full refund or exchange of that product. Items
that are returned without our permission will be rejected.
Returning Items By Mail
If you need to return an
shipment, please contact
us via e-mail to receive an authorization confirmation and shipping
instructions. Please specify "Return" in your e-mail subject line.
We will not accept items that are returned without a
valid return code.
You will need to pack and seal your return securely (in the
original package, with original packing materials). Your item should be returned via
UPS or Parcel Post Insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are
damaged or lost in transit. Items must be shipped to the address that will be specified in
your authorization confirmation.
All returned packages must be returned
prepaid -- we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
NOTES:
Credit Card Refunds:
All credits for returned items will be placed on the credit card used for the
original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges:
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the item is
defective. The incorrect item must be returned to us in the original packaging
before we can issue a full
refund.
