PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Electronic Debit (which covers checking information) Mail-in Checks, and Money Orders.

Credit card orders ship on the next business day unless otherwise stated on product pages.  Checks and money orders ship within 48 hours of payment receipt and checks clearing at our bank. We accept US Funds only.

MINIMUM ORDERS

At Body & Bath Plus, we have a minimum order requirement of $5.00. Feel free to browse our on-line catalog and order any item you wish. We will ship it out as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently, our website is not set up to accept international orders.  But, we do receive many international requests daily. We are working to improve our site and hope this will change in the future. Thank you for your visit and we hope you will soon be able to try our products and services.

 

We do, however, ship to APO/AFO addresses, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and other US possessions.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and the destination of your shipment.  Ground orders from our New Jersey facility to areas on the continental US usually arrive with 5-10 days. Ground orders delivered to areas outside of the US mainland can take from 7 to 14 additional days. Delivery times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate. However, we make every effort to ship all orders from our New Jersey facilities within 24-48 hours of receipt.

 


STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Regular orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground and rates are specified in our Shipping Rates table.
Generally, we ship items Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Delivery must be to a street address � not a P.O. box. International orders other than those placed to US possessions cannot be placed at this time.

Standard orders will typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the date you placed your order.

ACCOUNTS:

Although you can place your order without opening an account, we do at times send out special promotional offers (e.g. discount coupon codes) to our database customers. If you would like to be included in our mailings, please take a few minutes to visit our Accounts Section to open your account with a few pieces of billing and shipping info. Be assured, however, that we do not sell your personal account information to anyone.

ORDERING ONLINE:
Simply browse our product sections, click on any item that you wish to purchase, then click the "ADD" button to place the item in your shopping cart. After you have completed your shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to process your secure order. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Electronic Check Debits. Please remember to input your e-mail address on the billing page so that we can notify you regarding the status of your order.

ORDERING BY MAIL:
You may also order with a paper check or money order. Simply shop online as described above, continuing through until you see your shopping total including shipping charges [and tax if in NY]. You may then either print out your order invoice page, or use our printable Order Form to mail a copy to us at P.O. Box 116, Lawrence NY 11559, drop the actual order form in the mail and include full payment. Orders paid by mailed checks will be shipped when your payment clears both our bank and yours (approximately 7-10 business days after receipt). Please use a money order to speed delivery if needed quickly.

 

Note: We do not ship orders paid by check until your check has cleared both our bank and yours.

BACK ORDERS:
Our items are rarely if ever, placed on back order. If we are out of a particular product, or low on quantity, that product is removed from our website until our stock is replenished. You can feel confident that any item you order is usually available for immediate delivery. If, however, the quantity you desire exceeds our available supply, you will be notified by e-mail when you may expect shipment. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

SALES TAX:
Orders shipped to or from a New Jersey addresses will be charged 6% NJ state sales tax as required by law.

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Every item we ship contains a USPS shipment/delivery confirmation sticker or a UPS tracking number. With these numbers, you can visit the appropriate shipping facility and verify that you order has left our NJ facilities, as well as the delivery status of your order.

 

Once your order has been shipped, we assume no liability or responsibility for packages lost or damaged during shipping. As a normal delivery practice, your local delivery personnel should leave ALL packages in secure areas only.

 

For lost or damaged items, you must file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. PLEASE NOTE: Established procedures by USPS, and U.S. Parcel Post must be complied with or they may deny your claim. USPS and U.S. Parcel Post will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by lost shipments. We regret that we cannot assist you in this matter. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the carrier validates your claim, you will be sent a refund check at your request. If you contacted us about a lost order and you receive it soon after, make sure you notify us so that we can adjust your account and close your claim. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you and issue a refund accordingly.

Tracking Your Order:

Every item we ship contains a USPS shipment/delivery confirmation sticker or a UPS tracking number. We will provide you with an e-mail containing the appropriate tracking number as well as a link to the shipper's website once your item has been shipped from our New Jersey facilities. With these numbers, you can visit the appropriate shipping facility and verify that you order has left our NJ facilities, as well as the delivery status of your order.

We do not produce printed catalogs. Each year we save over 5 tons of paper or 100 trees by not printing a retail catalog!
